In this project, the Beckhoff controller supplies oil streams with precise parameters to the given ports of the tested hydraulic block. Testing procedures require quick changes of the pressure and precisely regulated flow, therefore each of the four supply lines is equipped with a proportional valve and a servo valve. In accordance with the client’s requirements, we also made a data exchange module that allows the external system to send the test profiles and store data acquired during the test.
